FAQ

Does our business really need AI?

Not every business does. In the first call we look at which step would actually get faster; if AI won't add value, or off-the-shelf software already does the job, we say so.

Where does our data live?

We set the system up in your environment or on servers opened in your name. Access is role-based and your data is never shared with another client's system.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Yes. We connect to the CRM, accounting, e-invoicing and email you already use, so the same information is never entered twice.

How long does it take?

We start with one process. The first working module usually reaches your team within 2–4 weeks; we plan the rest together, step by step.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

We design for it: AI prepares, your team approves. When it isn't sure it leaves the question to your team, and decisions like prices and commitments never go out without approval.
