1. General Information

This Privacy Policy explains how Userex (“Company”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users (“Users”) who visit www.userex.com.tr (“Site”). Userex respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data is protected under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and applicable regulations.

2. Data Collected

When you visit our website or fill out the project form, we may collect the following data:

• Name, surname and company name
• Email address, phone number
• The description and choices you share in the project form (service, platform, timeline, budget range)
• Where you came from: the first page you opened, the referring site and campaign tags (UTM)
• IP address, browser information
• Visit duration, page views and clicks on the site
• Cookie data

3. Data Collection Methods

Your personal data may be collected through:

• The project form on the website
• Meetings you book through the calendar (Cal.com)
• Conversations with Vion, the AI assistant on the site
• Email, phone, WhatsApp or social media correspondence
• Cookies and an analytics tool (Google Analytics; only if you accept cookies)

4. Purposes of Data Use

Collected personal data may be used for:

• Providing you with service, project, or offer information
• Responding to inquiries or messages, and confirming by email that we received your request
• Measuring which channels requests come from
• Improving service quality and user experience
• Performing statistical analysis and reporting
• Complying with legal obligations

5. Data Retention

Personal data is stored for up to 2 years after the processing purpose ends. This period may be extended if required by legal obligations or disputes.

Requests sent through the project form are also kept, in addition to email, in a private log file on our server; these records are subject to the same limit.

6. Data Sharing

Userex does not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except:

• When required by law or government authorities
• With the providers we work with to deliver the service: hosting (Oweb), email (Google Workspace and our server’s mail relay), analytics (Google Analytics), meeting scheduling (Cal.com) and the AI assistant (Vion AI and its sub-processors)
• With project partners, upon user consent

Some of these providers have servers outside Türkiye; such transfers are made under Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Cookie Usage

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only run if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. A necessary cookie (userex_locale) remembers your language choice, and your browser’s local storage remembers your cookie choice.

Where you came from (first page, referring site, UTM tags) is kept only in your browser for the session and is sent to us only if you submit the project form, together with your request.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site features may not function properly as a result.

8. User Rights

Under the Turkish Law (KVKK) and GDPR, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data has been processed
• Request information about processing
• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Be informed about third parties to whom your data has been transferred
• Object to automated processing or profiling

Userex protects your personal data using SSL encryption, secure servers, and access control measures against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
