Process

AI in every step of our process.

From research and design to development and testing, we work with the latest AI models at every step. That lets us weigh more options in less time, validate the product early and deliver it on solid ground.

Our process: shared discovery, then either Design to Product (design system, interface, validation, delivery) or Straight to Product (working first release, testing and security, live improvement in a loop), with AI at every step and end-to-end product management underneath.

Two paths

Design to Product

For projects where brand and experience decisions need to be settled screen by screen. We set up a strong design system, design the interface with every flow and state, validate it, then deliver it as design, front-end code or a working app.

Straight to Product

For projects that need to meet real users as soon as possible. We build the data, infrastructure and interface together into a working, usability-first first release, then keep improving it live, closing bugs and security gaps through continuous testing.

Comparing the paths

We choose the path together in our first meeting. When it helps, the two can run side by side.

Design to Product

Pros
  • Brand and experience decisions are settled screen by screen, and every step can be reviewed and approved.
  • You keep a complete design system, so the product stays consistent as it grows.
  • Flexible delivery: design, front-end code or a working app.
Cons
  • Reaching a working product takes longer than going straight to product.
  • Some assumptions can only be tested once real users try the product.
Best for
Enterprise products, multi-stakeholder approvals and designs handed over to other teams.

Straight to Product

Pros
  • A working product in the shortest time, tested early with real users.
  • Data, infrastructure and interface move together, so nothing is lost between design and code.
  • The testing and security loop is in place from day one, and the product keeps improving live.
Cons
  • Detailed design documentation and the design system mature step by step with the product.
  • Less suited to multi-stakeholder processes where every screen needs its own sign-off.
Best for
New products and MVPs, internal tools and ideas that need fast validation.

Alongside your team

Is your own team building the product?

If your engineers build the product themselves with AI tools, there is a third way: your team keeps writing the code, and we standardise the interface, align it with UX rules and tie it to a system that holds together as the product grows.

Product management

On both paths we take on product management. We set the scope and priorities, run the roadmap and keep design and development in one team, so decisions don't get lost between teams and the product moves forward with a single owner.

What it brings to your project

  • 01

    Faster time to market

The time from idea to working product gets shorter, so your product meets the market sooner.

  • 02

    More options, better decisions

Many more alternatives are explored in the same time, and decisions are made on the strongest one.

  • 03

    Early validation

Assumptions are tested while the product is being built, so risks show up before they grow.

  • 04

    A consistent experience

Every screen and component follows the design system, so the product stays coherent as it grows.

  • 05

    Secure, maintainable product

Continuous testing finds and closes bugs and security gaps before they reach production.

  • 06

    Flexible delivery

Depending on your needs, you receive design, front-end code or a working app.

What you receive

  • Design

A complete interface design with its design system, every flow and every state.

  • Front end

Front-end code that matches the design and is ready to connect to your team's backend.

  • Working app

A tested, production-ready product with its database and services connected.

We choose models and tools to fit each project and keep our process current as the technology moves.

Let's work out together which path fits your project.
