When we founded Userex in January 2024, we didn’t make grand claims. We didn’t say we would change the world, or that we were the best. We said one thing: we know this work and we can do it better.
Today Userex is an AI-focused design and software studio based in Istanbul. UI/UX design, design systems, software development and product management sit in one team. Because the people who design are the people who build, ideas don’t get lost on their way to becoming a product.
Our measures are simple: if users can predict what happens when they press a button, find what they are looking for in 3 seconds, and a brand doesn’t need long sentences to explain its product, we have designed it right.
We use AI where it earns its place, not as decoration. Our own product, Vion, is an AI sales assistant that answers questions from websites, WhatsApp and Instagram for clinics, hotels and e-commerce brands. In our clients’ products, we turn AI into interfaces that users understand and trust.
We have worked with brands such as Turkcell, Enuygun, Eczacıbaşı Bilişim, Neova Katılım Sigorta and Tepe Home. Our projects range from enterprise software to travel, insurance, agritech and e-commerce. Whatever the field, we start from the user.
Userex is a team effort. But it isn’t only designers and developers; it’s a team of people who listen well, understand well and explain well. We can work together on a single project or for the long term.
