AsırDX Cloud Marketplace

AsırDX resells cloud products such as Microsoft 365 and AWS to companies. Orders, subscriptions, renewals, invoices and support were spread across tools. The aim was one product with two faces: a marketplace where customers and resellers buy and manage subscriptions, and an admin panel where the team runs the whole business.

Customers browse products by brand and price, open a product to choose monthly or twelve-month commitment and quantity, and check out in four steps: products, basket, customer details and payment by card or wallet balance. Their dashboard shows total orders, new subscriptions, monthly sales and the best-selling products.

Each customer account opens on one screen with balance, unpaid invoices, subscriptions due for renewal and average overdue days, with tabs for profile, KYC, sub-contacts, documents, subscriptions, invoices, orders, receipts, ledger, pricing, notes and logs. Billing covers proforma invoices, invoices, orders, receipts and discount rates.

Marketing manages email templates, promotions and discounts. Support tracks tickets by department, priority and status, with merge, move, assign and custom views. Settings cover company details, the marketplace content, offers, tax structures, ticket rules and user management, and a vendor API connects suppliers.
