A transport supplier spends the day on the road, not at a desk. Vita Partner had to put the whole job in one app: see new transfer requests, make an offer, assign a driver and vehicle, follow the trip and track the payment. Every screen is built for quick decisions on a phone, often with one hand.

Each request fits on one card: route, date and time, distance and duration, passengers, luggage and payment terms. Filters, sorting and quick picks lead to the right job fast. The supplier either proposes a price or takes the job at the listed amount in one tap, and the request detail shows the route on a map before they commit.

When assigning a job, the driver's details, calendar and live location sit in one sheet, so clashes show up before they happen. Vehicle pages bring together features, assigned drivers, photos and documents. On the day, the transfer page follows the trip with a countdown, the route, driver confirmation and delay reporting.

Individual and corporate suppliers sign up step by step: personal or company details, driver documents, vehicle details with photos and video, and payment information. After the trip, the earnings screen shows the total over time and the status of every job, from awaiting invoice to paid. It all sits on the Vita design system, so new features keep the same look and behaviour.
