The goal

Rota Teknik is an engineering company that builds hydraulic and pneumatic test systems. MFTC is the software for the operator at the bench: configure the rig, run the test, watch the sensors and report the result in one interface. It is used through long shifts where attention matters, so every screen is designed to be read at a glance and to guard the actions that can't be undone.

Live monitoring

The main screen shows the running test, the pressure, flow and temperature sensors with live charts, the health of the pump, valves and cooling, and the event log side by side. Values are coloured against their normal range, so a deviation stands out before anyone looks for it. The emergency stop and the PLC connection stay on every screen.

Three ways to test

In automatic mode a test is built as a flow by dragging and linking blocks such as pressure ramp, flow characteristic and thermal cycle. In manual mode the operator drives valves and set points directly; semi-automatic mode runs the steps in order and asks for confirmation at each one. In all three, the live signals and run controls sit in the same place.

Setup and reports

Equipment, test blocks and alarm limits are defined on their own screens. Saved tests are listed with their results, each one opens step by step, and results turn into reports. The dark theme and a single colour language let operators work for hours in control-room light without strain.
