UI/UX design agency
We design interfaces for web, mobile and admin products that people understand on the first try.
Userex is a UI/UX design agency based in Istanbul. We handle user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) together for the digital products of enterprise teams and growing startups.
Our test is simple: if people can predict what a button will do, find what they need in seconds and finish their task without help, the design works.
We use AI actively in every step of our process, which lets us explore more options and test critical flows early.
What we do in UI/UX design
User research and UX audit
We study the product, its users and your business goals to find where the real problem is.
Information architecture and user flows
We design the path people take to finish a task, not isolated screens.
Wireframes and prototypes
We validate critical flows with clickable prototypes before adding detail.
Interface (UI) design
Clear, accessible web, mobile and admin interfaces that fit your brand.
Usability testing
We test with real users and bring the findings back into the design.
Development-ready handoff
Documented components, states and rules your engineers can use directly.

FAQ
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design shapes how someone completes a task from start to finish: flows, information architecture, content and interaction. UI design is the visible layer of that flow: typography, colour, components and visual hierarchy. We handle both together.
Can we work with you on design only?
Yes. We can take on UI/UX design on its own and work directly with your engineering team, or handle development as well.
Can you redesign our existing product?
Yes. We start by reviewing the product and its usage data, then begin with the flows that cause the most trouble. Improving step by step, without a rewrite, is also possible.
Our own team builds the product with AI tools. Can we get interface support only?
Yes. While your team keeps writing the code, we audit the interface, set up standards and design rules for your AI tools, and review changes before release.
UI/UX ConsultingHow are timeline and budget set?
In the first meeting we talk through your goals and where things stand. Then we agree on scope, deliverables, timeline and budget together.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Our meetings are online, and we work remotely with teams in Türkiye, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States.

UI vs UX design: what's the difference, and which does your product need?
