Dost Teknoloji Milker

Milker is Dost Teknoloji's robotic milking system, and its touch panel sits right on the robot. The person using it is working in the barn, often from a distance and in gloves. Every screen had to show the state of the cow, the robot and the milk at a glance and make the critical actions, park and stop, impossible to miss.

The milking screen follows the six steps, attaching, teat cleaning, pre-milking, milking, disinfection and detaching, and shows the flow and yield of each of the four teats with the milk tank beside them. The cow, herd and robot sit in the header with the vacuum pressure; errors and warnings arrive as full-width banners, and automatic or manual mode is one switch away.

Cleaning shows solution levels and when each part was last cleaned, with partial cleaning, schedules and filter maintenance. The stall screen sets the feed amount, the robot arm's position and the gates on a drawing of the stall. Each cow has her own record, timeline and milking history, with teat positions configured once.

A separate engineering area gives technicians system, robot arm, gate and teat cup controls with an emergency stop that is always visible. The farm screen sums up the robot: average yield, cows milked, tank volumes, daily visits and failed milkings. Park and stop stay in the same corner on every screen.
