Tepe Home Mobile App

Most Tepe Home customers meet the brand on their phone. The app had to bring the calm, refined feel of the showroom to that small screen and take people from discovering a piece to paying for it in a quick, reassuring flow.

We designed every step: onboarding and permissions, sign-in and sign-up, home, categories and search, product detail, basket and checkout. Checkout covers guest purchase, a separate billing address, instalment options, 3D Secure and every failure case; after the sale come order and return tracking, favourites and saved addresses.

Product pages handle configurable modular pieces, stock and instalment information; category pages come with filter and sort sheets; a store finder, help centre and support requests round it off. Every screen is designed with its empty, loading and error states, down to maintenance, update-required and offline screens.

The app is built on the same Tepe Home design system as the website: the same type, colours and components. Customers moving between web and app meet the same brand, and the product stays consistent as it grows.
